Lisa Home Solution’s Journey

We were a group of software engineers who had to frequently visit abroad for our project assignments.

Every time we came back to India the tussle to get a proper home near our company used to be a major hassle.

There were many part-timers who were ready to assist but at a high cost. There was a clear lack of a professional service which could help us to get a home and could provide assistance in case of any problem that arose during the lease period.

We were looking for a contact that could provide us service all through the lease duration. Paying heavy brokerage for just facilitating the meeting between us and the property owner was something we were not very comfortable with.

It was somewhere in Mid-Nov 2004, we were discussing this issue over a cup of tea at Pune station while awaiting the train for our home town.

There was a passe’ comment “Why don’t we set up a small company to handle this? We won’t charge anything from either the Renter or the owner but will generate enough money from advertizing to keep the operations going. And anyways we can develop the site on our own and ask our friends to use it”.

It was not a bad idea. The work started and we founded Lisa Home Solutions (a proprietary organization) on 5th Dec 2004.

Site was uploaded and requests from property seekers started to pour in. but then, the sudden reality check. We got the seekers but how do we get the owners on our site? With limited money to spare it was a tough task to launch a big marketing campaign. Things seemed stuck for a while.

It was an adventurous thought to start a small office of our own in Pune and try to acquire rental property by developing contacts with the broker community.

We started an office and had 2 people staff to begin with. With lots of hard work, blood and sweat, LHS started to get success as more and more people came to us for our honest, dedicated service.

Now we are a known name in the market.

We have got more number of properties under our belt than anyone could aspire for. We have a huge reference business generated. We have helped a lot of our onsite friends to invest at the right time in real estate leading to huge profits.

Trust is the name of the game. And we pass this acid test. We brought in Online Property management services as per the demand of our onsite or out-stationed friends/customers. Collaboration platform was launched to ensure we got the best reach to enable high quality options for our customers.

We have a dedicated software team which develops Lead Management software, Online Property Management software etc to ensure highest level of service. CRM knowledge and IT experience came in handy here. And as they say, old habits die hard. We are still involved in our technical development even while working to build world-class real estate organization.
