  1. Step 1 Register your Property with Us

    Once you let us know about the property details either by emailing on myhome@lisahomesolutions.com or by using our renting service or by calling us on 0976789 5192, we plan a property visit. Our executive visits your property and takes down all necessary details.

  2. Step 2 Consider Property Management

    You can also consider Property Management Service offered by LHS (PropertySafe) to ensure higher and continued rent on your property. This would result into huge mental peace as well as profits. For further details check our PropertySafe Service.

  3. Step 3 Property Visits

    The property details are recorded in our internal Lead Management System (L2C) and our sales people start conducting Show & Tell on the premises. All the customer feedback and offers are recorded on our system for comparison to filter out the best deal.

  4. Step 4 Monitor the Progress

    All the updates would be sent by our system to you via Auto-emails so as to keep you updated on the progress of the property. This allows you to take an informed decision about to whom and at what rent to lease your premises.

  5. Step 5 Finalize the renter

    After comparing the offers, finalize a renter as per your choice. Once renter is selected we start the Documentation process.

  6. Step 6 Move-In

    Once the documentation and other formalities are complete, the renter moves in the property and your rental income starts.

  7. Step 7 Completion

    The renter gets the property possession and the deposit amount is credited into your bank account. Here-on, the rent would be credited into your account every month thereby starting your rental income.
