How does the Complaint system work? |

Once you raise a complaint it is sent to the CEOs office along with a direct
email to the CEO himself.
You would receive a call within 24 hours along with the investigation from our
Service Assurance Team.
Someone from Service Assurance team will pick up your case and ensure that it is
resolved asap.
