Step 5 Finalizing an offer
Once you accept an offer is finalized with the buyer. We immediately start the documentation
process. On the finalization of the deal token amount is transferred to the owner’s
account and MOU is immediately signed between both the parties thereby confirming
all the conditions of the deal. Such written MOU save lot of last minute hassles.

Step 6 Property Title transfer (Executing Sale Deed)
Once you accept an offer is finalized with the buyer. We immediately start the documentation
process. All the required documents are prepared (Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed).
Our Legal team assists during the whole process. On completion of all documentation
and loan sanctioning, the sale deed is executed in court.
