- Structure,
the type of construction used to
build the property and the mechanical
systems of the property.
- The Society
& the type of ambience.
- Any repairs
that are needed.
- The electrical
systems.
- The plumbing,
waste disposal, water heating, Heating
and ventilation systems.
- The main source
of water and water quality.
- The doors,
walls, ceilings, floors and roof.
- Any presence
of pests or infestation on the wood
work.
- Enquire about
the Previous Owner and the history
of the property if it’s a
Resale one.
- The neighbourhood,
school / college bus, proximity
to shopping area & approach
road.
- The greenery,
the pollution particularly Noise
pollution.
- As per the
Vaastu, it is recommended to visit
the home at 3 different times of
the day, the morning, evening &
in night to get the complete feel
of the property. This may sound
unusual but no harm in making 2
extra visits.
